CHAMEIN is my passion project, born from a love for cooking and a desire to share the rich, comforting flavours of the Monpa cuisine I grew up with in the hills of Arunachal Pradesh. CHAMEIN, the Monpa word for chutney or salsa, reflects that heritage and the spirit of bringing people together through food.
Every batch is prepared in our home kitchen using fresh ingredients and my own carefully developed recipe. I believe great food begins with quality ingredients, strict hygiene, and careful attention to every step of the process before being hygienically packed for delivery.
From preparing every batch to packing every order by hand, my goal is simple—to bring the authentic flavours of my homeland from my family kitchen in Arunachal Pradesh to dining tables across India.
